About Natalia

Natalia is a provisional psychologist with a background in early childhood education. Her approach is strongly systemic, grounded in the belief that each individual is shaped by the systems in which they live. She is passionate about working with families and brings a compassionate, humanistic perspective with a strong focus on behaviour, emotion and attachment.

Natalia enjoys supporting multicultural families and draws on theories centred on compassion, connection and safety. She offers a warm, positive attitude and deep respect for each client’s preferences, ensuring her practice remains genuinely client-centred.

She has often been described as calm, sweet and grounding, qualities that support individuals on their journeys of self-discovery. Having personally navigated a path through high anxiety, Natalia’s own growth and mindset work have guided her to the other side of the world and into a place of greater empowerment. She brings this lived experience into her work and feels honoured to support clients on their own journeys toward wellbeing.
