
About Ines
Ines is a compassionate psychologist who enjoys working collaboratively with children, adults and their families to navigate challenges and achieve meaningful goals. She has experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, emotional regulation difficulties, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and social skills challenges.
Ines is passionate about creating a safe, supportive and non-judgmental therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood and empowered to make positive changes. She draws on evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)-informed strategies, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed skills and mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs.
Ines is fluent in English and Cantonese, allowing her to provide psychological services to clients from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
