About Sarah

Sarah is a Psychologist at Brilliant Minds Psychology with experience working with clients across the age span, from infancy through to adulthood.

Sarah works with a range of mental health conditions including anxiety, depression and neurodevelopmental disorders such as ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder. She is particularly passionate about working with new parents and families to reduce the impact of emotional and mental health difficulties, and providing therapeutic support during the pre and postnatal periods using a relationship-based approach to mood disturbance.

Sarah uses a client-centred approach with evidence-based treatments to provide personalised care. Interventions include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema Therapy, Narrative Therapy and positive behavioural parenting interventions.

Sarah has worked in a specialist inpatient facility for mood, anxiety and postnatal depression. She also has expertise in the assessment of ADHD, autism, and learning and development concerns.
