About me

About Sally

Sally is an empathetic and collaborative psychologist with a passion for working with adolescents and young adults. She places great importance on creating a non-judgmental, respectful and safe space.

Sally has worked in a number of settings including private and public youth mental health, schools, forensic and not-for-profit community settings. She has worked as a psychologist in both Australia and Germany.

Sally provides neuroaffirming therapy and adult ADHD assessments. She enjoys helping neurodivergent people understand themselves better, celebrate their strengths, learn coping strategies and advocate for accommodations.

Sally works with adolescents from 15 years of age through to young adults up to 40 years of age.

Sally works with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, emotion regulation, relationship and attachment issues, and anger management. She draws from evidence-based interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.
